Personality:
On the surface, Naminé seems like a soft spoken, shy young woman, but there’s more underneath her than at first glance.
Due to her ‘upbringing’ and treatment from certain others, she is nowhere near like Kairi’s outgoing and social personality. Being caged up inside Oblivion with only heartless people using her as a means of manipulation pushed down much of her personality into obedient submissiveness. Those first few months of her life were spent barely talking and obeying the wishes of Marluxia without any further thought for fear of being eternally alone. But observing Sora’s journey in the Castle and seeing just how her manipulation was effecting him negatively, Naminé begins the first step to breaking her shell, by defying Marluxia’s orders and escaping the room she was held captive in so she could meet with the boy. She had already begun to feel guilty for her actions. It was the first real emotion that she displayed in the series, and subsequent other feelings followed shortly after. It’s another thing that sets Naminé apart from normal Nobodies: due to the special circumstances relating to her birth, she has the ability to feel or at least display strong emotions despite not having a heart (which in their universe, defines and gives a person emotions). Most Nobodies rely on the memories of their past lives to act as if they have feelings to put on a facade. In Naminé's case and because she does not have any prior memories to being born as she is, due to the circumstances around her birth, there is nothing for her to base her actions and expressions off of. Therefore, what she expresses and what is on her face are truly what the girl feels inside. She's an anomaly amongst nonexistent beings, making her even more mysterious to even herself.
From then on, Naminé began to grow from the fearful child and into someone that’s not afraid to at least try to stand up for herself. Though she still feared Marluxia and Larxene, she refused to do any more work on Sora’s memories if it meant harming him. This little streak of disobedience would carry itself well into Twilight Town, where she worked with DiZ and acted on her own accord by interacting directly with Roxas in the virtual Twilight Town, and even The World That Never Was, where she helped Kairi escape from her prison. Much of her role is of a calming support by this time, as she works towards fulfilling her goal of setting things the way they were and returning to Kairi to complete her.
Despite her minor rule breaking and the occasional bouts of confidence, Naminé still retains much of her initial personality, just to a minor degree. She’s still passive and shy, preferring to stay on the sidelines, but not to the extent where she’s a shut in or could be easily manipulated like before. However, she still is incredibly guilty for her crimes in the past, despite setting things to the way they should be. As well, when it comes to dealing with others, she often has a strange way of trying to separate herself and her beliefs from the situation. When discussing Roxas' origins with him, she claims the Organization to be neither good nor bad. Despite everything that they had put her through in Castle Oblivion, she puts herself and her opinion to the side in order to act as a neutral party for the sake of others. After all, being declared and constantly reminded that you are a being of nothing for nearly a year by someone who is prejudiced against what you are can have that kind of effect on a person. Self-worth is something that Naminé does not possess in spades. Others come and are always considered first in all of her actions and thought processes regardless of whether they are Somebody or Nobody. Naminé's own well-being and fate, unless it comes to at a danger to Kairi, will always be considered last. It would take a great deal of time for her to overcome these ideas and feelings about herself.
But regardless of all that has happened to her and what she believes, Naminé remains a mysterious but kind-hearted and well-meant individual with a rather calming aura about her. Though she hasn't had much luck with her life, she slowly does change things around and develops more and more into someone who is self-assured, and goal driven. It's mostly the interactions with others that she has to thank for that, mostly doing with Sora, Riku and even Axel and Roxas that cause her to grow more friendly and able to create genuine friendships without the need to alter a person’s memory.
Flavor Abilities: Without her memory manipulation abilities or access to the Corridors of Darkness, Naminé's about as powerful as a normal, skinny teenage human. She still might not consider herself human exactly, due to the ideologies that have been shoved down her throat, but she certainly won't be special anymore.
She can draw/scribble and sew pretty well though?
Suitability: By all accounts, she really isn't suitable for this sort of setting. Naminé has few life skills and has lived a very short and sheltered life. She's one of the few characters that actually hasn't done extensive world exploring, and only ended up traveling around when her life/existence was threatened and she still felt she had a duty to see through. Of course, that was also with some gentle nudging from those she was running with.
That doesn't mean that she might not survive in Norfinbury. She doesn't have a lot of survival skills, I plan on having her develop them and learn to how to travel in the snowy wasteland. Especially considering that cabin fever will likely really affect her. She's been alone, but never completely isolated, and has a bundle of issues to play on. Hopefully, making her suffer a little and forcing her to get out of her shell ill make her grow into a stronger person.

It's cold.
That's the first thing she notices upon waking up. Naminé hadn't quite known what to expect when she actually returned to Kairi, how it would feel and what it would be like. If anything, she figures a heart full of Light would be full of warmth and light and even quite possibly resemble her Somebody's home. Like a beach.
But there's no beach, no warmth, no sun. A little bit of light was trailing through a window once she opened her eyes, but that was it. Four walls, a door, a window and a ceiling over her head. A bleak room. She swallowed hard once she sat up, eyes scanning every corner. This could not be her Somebody's heart.
This can not be where she's meant to be.
Initial panic swelled up in her chest like a balloon, and it took Naminé a few good moments to sit up, regain her composure and not have her mind swim around with a million what-ifs. Maybe... maybe this is just a bump in the road. Or maybe something went wrong in the process. Panicking is not going to help her situation out right now, and she knows that.
Slowly, she gets up, taking steady breathes as she goes. Onto her knees, then on her feet only to immediately wrap her arms around herself. Now that Naminé wasn't curled up on the floor, the cold bit into her skin far more easily, prompting her to wrap her arms around herself to preserve any heat. A pack and a coat were easily within her reach and she hastily reaches for the garment. Her thin sundress really wasn't doing her any favours in terms of keeping her warm, so a coat is boon to her right now. Although, right when she gets one arm through a sleeve, Naminé stops cold; why exactly is there a coat and a backpack here in the same room as her? It's almost as if someone planted them here, expecting her...
A shiver up her spine breaks the blond's chilling thoughts, and she pulls the coat over her other shoulder and closer to her body, staying there for a few more moments until she felt warm enough to look around a bit more. The backpack only seemed to have some basic food supplies, there was virtually nothing else in the room, and the window to the outside showed a snowy and barren land for the most part. A pull on the door told her that it was locked but not frozen shut or stuck, so she had one method of escape.
But there might be another way too.
Taking a few steps away from the door, Naminé turned to the middle of room, reached one arm out and concentrated. Compared to most other Nobodies, her ability to open up Corridors of Darkness was rather pathetic. She always had trouble summoning them ever since she could remember, but that doesn't mean she's completely unable to. It just took a little more work.
But no matter how hard she concentrated, nothing came. Two minutes pass. Five minutes. Her fingers were starting to feel cold again and her arm heavy. Deciding a small break might help, Naminé sat back down to warm herself up and tried again five minutes later. But she only got the same results. There was no portal open. No plumes of Darkness formed.
Nothing.
It was like panic punched her in the stomach again, and she bit her bottom lip lightly, urging herself to breath evenly again and to stay calm. Maybe... maybe she just needs to try again later, or maybe she's out of practice? Needs to learn how to do it again? Who knows.
But as she slowly walks back to the spot on the floor where she woke up and curls up on the cold hard floor, various terrible thought that keeps running through her head. But there's one that sticks out. One that really terrifies her.
She's alone. She's really, truly alone this time.
